Standing on who you are

Check out my recent YouTube video. Stand on who you are. To do this, we much know who we are. The enemy (devil) is so crafty; his sole purpose is to kill, steal, and destroy the life God has given us. He tries to kill our purpose, ruin our character, and steal our joy in the Lord. Even so, trust in the Lord because vengeance is the Lord's. Therefore, for every attack that comes against you, stand knowing who and who's you are in your heavenly Father. I encourage you to read Ephesians' 2nd chapter to familiarize yourself with what God says. We are love, redeemed, and saved by His grace.

When we are working in purpose, get ready for the enemy to throw every trick in the bible. Recently going through an attack on my character had me in a challenging place. First, however, I had to remind myself who I am. In no way and I'm I saying that I am perfect. Trust me; I'm so far from it. But with years of walking in, not knowing who I was, I do know now. I am a person of integrity and am one that strives to walk in the ways of the Lord. When the enemy comes up against you, using his weapons to destroy and discredit your character. We must stand on His word and allow Him to fight our battle. According to Ephesians 6:12, For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. So, I come to encourage you on today. If you're in the fight of your life, call out to the Lord. Stand on Psalm 37. Continue to stand in who you are and commit your ways to the Lord. Trust in Him, and He will act.

  1. Meditate in God's Word day and night

  2. Thank God for strength to endure

  3. Have a community of like-minded people in your life

  4. Believe what God says about you

Prayer:

Father God, we come to You humbling, thanking You for every lesson that comes to strengthen us, teach us and empower us for Your kingdom. Father, we commit our ways to You. We thank You that we are no longer in a place of revenge but know that You will fight every battle before us. As we learn to trust You more through our circumstances and afflictions, we know that our pains produce endurance, endurance produces proven character, and proven character produces hope. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.
